My car has been through a lot, but now she is happy and I am happy as well. here are some pics to see what the Z community thinks about my slightly decked out whip
Timeline:
16 months ago:
4.5 weeks ago, installed exhaust, test pipes pop charger
4 weeks ago, CEL came on. Needs tune, put some money aside for tune.
3.5 weeks ago, new plates arrived! Gotta show school pride! Plus these are the cheapest Texas custom plates
3 weeks ago, got off work and
had to roll down my windows using key fob to get in. damn birds, or I think a co worker might have jizzed on it.
2.5 weeks ago, one of my worst fears came true:
dude or chick at school hit me and bounced with out a note (Parking costs $100), Campus PD couldn't do jack, cameras weren't pointed. $2700 damage. Had to pay $500 deductible (tune money gone). Also paid for Garage parking next semester (not taking any chances) which sets me back another $445!
also suspension and wheel arrived that same day... repairs took about a week and a half.

more shiznit to come, as well as photoshoot! But first I need some asset protection. Throwing in the latest Viper alarm system with proximity, break and tilt sensor in a week or so. Aint nobody hitting, or jacking my **** (btw a mate got his truck jacked in front of my college in the afternoon)

I know that feeling OP must've went through. Some idiot in a pickup truck decided to back into my Nismo V2 that I JUST got out of the shop about 2 weeks ago and just dipped out. I know for a fact it was a pick up truck because it bunched a perfect square from the tow hitch.
My school didn't even have any CCTV in the outside parking lots OR in the parking garage!

I bet his truck cost less than your aftermarket parts, thats why he ran!Same thing happened to my buddy with a truck the same day mine got hit, someone backed into him and left -_- well looks like I will be parking next to the rich kids with AMGs, M3's and GTRs!
