I haven't heard of anyone not being allowed to run with a street legal car because of noise issues. You may want to send an email to Eric at HHR if you really wanna run there.

it's very common for many private club racetracks. HHR is immediately bordering a neighborhood, so I'm sure there are very specific noise abatement rules they have to follow. Often a car, at WOT, has to be under a certain decibel level from a certain distance away.

I'd absolutely love to come to this, but I have a baby boy due on Nov. 2, so I don't think being that far away all day would be a wise move on my part.

Yes, we know about the track boarding a neighborhood and noise restrictions. I have been to several H2R events and have seen some fairly noisy street legal vehicles run.
Best thing to do is contact the track.

This will be a great event. H2R is a blast. I'll be there.
