Good morning Peeps !

Have a great time at the drag strip today.....I really need to go out there and run sometime. I would just like to know I can do with the launch & times for Bolt on's.

Well, I didn't get any real good clean runs in, but I'm glad I got to get back on the drag strip.

Although there was room for improvement, I think you did pretty well. Of course, working on the launch is a given, but I think your shifting could be much faster also.

yeah, shifting could definitely use work but that's actually my strong point too. i never miss a shift and im pretty good about hitting my shift points when im actually paying attention, which is usually everytime after the first run. first runs are just a blur to me, i dont remember most of it. things start slowing down once you get use to the adrenaline rush. launching is my biggest issue. just when i got started to get a feel for street tires, i switched to R compounds. i should have gone lower on my tire pressure but for some reason it completely escaped my mind. i should be launching from a higher rpm while feathering the clutch to optimize the power im able to put down with traction. for the most part i was being either too aggressive with the clutch or not aggressive enough at a too low of a rpm. i didnt bog per say but i wasnt getting a good push off the line either. but, this is what practice is for and i have a better game plan for next time. i will break 11's soon, very soon damnit! lol.

Yeah, I like how they look overall. I personally prefer the Hoosiers I had over these, but these aren't bad.
