Default Lets talk head lights

I just wanted to get some thoughts on guys painting there head light housing. I have looked and looked at this mod for months now and just dont know if I dig it or not. I allways liked the look of the Z head lights and just cant see covering them up. I guess its like my lambos "each to there own" I copyed this pic from another member so you guys can see what I am talking about, yea I think it looks good but I just dont know If I could do it

I am not a fan, I like the bright "chrome" look on the headlight housing, a clear strip is nice, but color matching i am just not a fan of.

I tend to agree. I'd rather just clear out the amber strip.

I'm sure Wingman down there could assist if you move forth, he's done this stuff for years.

I think it's to much work, it looks ok though.

I'm not sure I like the body-color paint. Black looks good though, and w1ngman can definitely hook you up with that...he's even down in your area. You wanna do something totally different? Design a pop-up headlight for the Z.

His name is Dave, he goes by w1ngman here on the forum. He's an S2K owner but he's done a boat load of clear-corner conversions on Z's. If you do a search for posts by his username, you'll see some pics of his work. It's amazing stuff...
