I have the ability to run 5 maps, but right now I only have a street gas map tuned. I havent thrown down the $700+ for the boost controller I want to up the boost + race gas-but to tell you the truth Im very happy with how its running now. Clean up the tune a little on this new ignition and its gonna be beast.

Alright man, I appreciate your honesty. BUT I think that my current 12.8 is with only about 10 runs on 2 trips to the track. I think with the DR's giving .5 improvement in my ¼ time and being able to work out my shift points over the course of the day... I should be able to hit a best run of 12.1 - 11.9. (provided nothing happens to the car). I honestly can’t understand why I could not be hitting 120 MPH traps by the end of the day.

wtf_no_turbo: Yes I am still on stock block. I do not run this much boost daily. I have 3 maps for 5.6/7.5/10.5 PSI depending on what I am doing.

Bam how much does your car weigh any idea? Only reason I dont have you at a 120+ trap is because I know you have a ton of goodies...

Last time I weighed her in at 3,700 lbs at MIR. That was with the trunk loaded w/ the spare & all those goodies, a weeks worth of clothes and a full tank of gas.

Now I have added some goodies, but also stripped out all of the unnecessary spare crap including plastic, matting and stuff. The change in wheels/tires should save me another 50 - 75 lbs I think from the VOLK/Toyo's I have on now. If I do the 1/4 tank of gas that will help also.

I am figuring to be around 4,000 lbs maybe when I race this time. I guess we shall see.

The scale is nothing high tech trust me... But yes, it is near the track on the way back from picking up your timeslip.

Hey now, no stripping out your interior for race day man .... You had better show up pretty much stock, if I see your car gutted I am gonna be upset

I have a legit reason for trimming some of my fat, you have no need man.. lol

Hey man race day is race day. My usual race set up is no spare, jack and rear spare carpet cover(weighs 2 lbs anyways) and with the TN kit 1/2 tank of gas, anything under 1/4 it starves for fuel. This time I may take a passenger seat out, and I may have a lighter driver seat. I dont go all hardcore and take out bumper supports and $Hit like others, although you had to for your Greddy FMIC-so you see you started it all

Alright now....If we keep this up, I know I can remove most of the audio stuff in my car, that has to be at least 100 - 200 lbs savings and I will hire a short skinny guy to drive my car, that is another 125 lbs of savings, and I can take a seat out, there is another 25 lbs... so all told, I could get it down another 350 lbs quickly

Next up would be the body... I KNOW removing the front and rear bumper would be good for another 100 lbs, then the front fenders, hood and trunk lid…. LOL Dude, that is worth at least another 150 lbs..

I understand there is a 25 lbs weight put in the roadster also to keep the handling/ balance.... That can go too as I only need to go straight

what boost controller are you looking at at $700? You can get a turboxs dual stage boost controller for $249.
