Hey all...The shop were we get all four of our cars service is having a buy one get one free oil change...I believe its last for the month of July. The only catch is that its for Pensoil products only, but synthetic is included in the sale, I called last night to verify.

Since my new engine I have ran OEM Pensoil and I had no issues. I think I am going to make the plunge and go back to synthetic, just because my next one would be free. These guys are great folks and if you mention my name (G ZILLA aka Corey) I DONT NOT GET ANYTHING FOR FREE OR DISCOUNTS! I just like passing on great service when I see them. They also slap on bolt on exhaust work....NO WELDING.

I still can't get myself to take a car into a random lube joint. even more so since my car wont go up on a lift easily.

 

I wont use anything other than Motul, which lube joints don't carry. AKA Function TUNED ftw!

 

They have an open dropped bay set up..you drive in...the guy is below you...they service alot of highend cars in the area...I wouldnt put my name next to any crap...

 

I hear you about Motul...the oil thread suggest that Mobile 1 is actually one of the best...but yes Motul is up there.. Royal Purple is for the lawnmoyer only..lol.

 

I used American Lube twice now. Very fast and good price. As a former mechanic, I started doing oil changes myself when I got the car, but after learning of the '06 engine issues, I decided it would be worth having a record for the stealership. American Lube is a fine place if you don't want to do it yourself.
