Its Inspection Time Again...Who Knows a NOVA Place "That Looks The Other Way?"
Hey Guys,
All my searching only yielded threads over a year old. So I figure this could help me as well as a few others. All I need to be over looked is 20% tint. Everything else is legal.... Im in Alexandria City if that makes a difference. Of course the names/shops should be Pmed for their privacy. I truly appreciate any help.

lol I've been driving around for 2 yrs without an inspection sticker. If i get pulled over I'm going to go with "o sorry i just had to get the windshield replaced and the guy forgot to pull the sticker off. *** inspection laws.

EDIT: It's right by where 29 and 28 cross, on 29 eastbound.

luckily i'm in WV, the home of THE HOTTEST 
state troopers I have EVER seen FTW. If I didn't have so many points I'd consider doing something wrong just to get pulled over.
