Yup from IKEA in College Park. The whole thing was $100 plus $20 for the legs (2 legs pack $5 per). So it was $120 for a pretty legit TV stand.

Definitely mount the TV up! It looks 100x better especially with the cables hidden behind the wall.

So I drew up what I did to my house. Modding house FTW!

Trying to figure out how to fit in all the things we need done before Saturday night.

 

Today, I had a friend of mine who is a pilot instructor come in and ask me if I wanted to join him while testing out a new motor that was just rebuilt in one of their customer's planes. What could be more fun than going up in a airplane with a freshly rebuilt motor that hasnt been tested yet? Worst case, we land on a street or open field. Sign me up!

We were limited to 1000 feet, but that was low enough to get some cool shots.

USNA is a really pretty school from the air. I just wish I had more heads up so I could have taken my SLR with wide angle lens. Sadly I had nothing but my Iphone for taking pictures. =(



It was no test and tune night, but hey, it's almost as good.

Maybe one day I'll grow a pair and *race* while test and tuning........ Nahhhhh I'd rather hang out with the other fellow Mid A non racers that are lame non racing pussies.

Ha, reminds me of when a buddy took me up in his cesna and proceeded to practice several stalling recoveries (by flying straight up and letting the engine die) over the water. Then when we went to land the radio was dead so we couldn't get clearance or know for sure if we were going to get plowed over by a 747. Did I mention 50 mph side winds. Yea I'm done with cesnas lmao.

 

lol, it can be fun when you get beat up in a small air plane.

I've flown from Annapolis to NYC (NJ then bus into NYC) and also from AFB to Oshkosh, that was like a 14 hour flight in a small *** plane.

I tried tipping him a quarter but he said, homey, that be way too much, just drop a nickle and we be even.

What I meant by fit, was all the stuff we need to get done. Not an object.

Linh has to bake a cake for Saturday.... Gotta get it done early enough Saturday so we can deliver it and head up to NVA. That means she'll be up Friday getting most of it done. So shes going to be busy.

 

What kinda cake? Red velvet?

 

Not sure yet, she is making it for una amiga that I work with. The Hispanics love her cakes.

 

Oh yea before i forget guys. This Saturday the 29th we are celebrating my sons 2nd bday in Rockville . Starts at 4 have already talked to a couple guys that were interested in the grub.
