MTB in our group is only as fast as you want to ride. we wait at the splits until everyone catches up and make sure everyone is ok.

I MUCH prefer to ride in groups then alone. I ride allot during the week with one of my other friends and until he started riding with me a couple months ago had never done it before. HE hasnt gotten hurt, rides at his pace and has had a complete blast and is totally hooked.

 

I have always heard that instructors work there to have free seat time afterwards. Well.... I rather pay than to drive with someone like Shin.

 

Most clubs will let instructors have open, free sessions if they instruct 2 people or a reduced rate if they instruct a single person.

 

Like most things the odds of being hurt are pretty low. One instructor got messed up bad. I bet not a single instructor is going to back off after this happened. At least not unless they are from the mid a forum. Too much risk!

 

Great weekend to mess with the autos.

Changed the oil on the motorcycles, hardwired the trickle charger hookups since I didn't get a chance to ride my bikes this winter and the batteries pretty much said F you. Wont let that happen again!

Also started to add on some new parts for the bicycle.
