2nd one defiantly not anything like shin or rather not meant to be and the 1st one if he wanted to use the name shin since its "so common" it would have been taken. But guess you know more then us.

Shin is a Korean family name. According to the 2000 census in South Korea, there were 911,556 people carrying the Shin surname.
LOL @ the fact that someone/anyone would think the word "Shin" is so d@mn original! It's actually a very common Korean last name.

Also note this is a US car forum primarily, http://names.mongabay.com/most_common_surnames.htm
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of..._North_America
Shin is not on there, so to be expected it not to be super common on car forums that are mainly targeted at North Americans.
Also note its 13th in Korean with these possible Romanizations = Shin, Sin, Shen. So even when translated to English not all of those would go Shin, but it seems shin is the most common romanization. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of..._in_Asia#Korea

Even if you take the source of where he got Shin, a nick name for his first name. http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_are_s...name_Christian

Shin isn't listed on either site.

Just trying to make some entertainment, hope you don't take anything to serious. While I might not be the best of friends to you Shin, overall your a decent person. Not always the smartest, but a decent person all the same, that usually has pretty good intentions towards people.

When you are doing a piece big enough that they can't estimate hours they to by the hour. If its small enough they will know how long it will take and give you a set price based on what they charge an hour. I shopped around 10+ shops and everyone had an hourly rate.
Keep in mind I'm not talking about a ***** 30 minute tattoo of a car rim.

has anyone been to Capitol since they revamped the place? Apparently it's suppose to be better than before since they changed hands. If anyone is interested in renting out the track one night (Friday night most likely) between the hours of 12-5 (before Track and Tune). Get at least 20 people it will be $50/per person, or less if we get more. Looking at doing this in Sept when it is cooler out.
Too bad he didn't go with the girl who did mine. She's really good and worked with me on my hourly pricing. Used to spot me a free half hour each session. She was attempting to build an in-home studio when she did my last piece. I can check and see if she's still available if Bert wants?
Don't forget the other issue with the home studio people is the risk of catching hep c, jumps up A LOT.
Currently I've got 2 sessions under my belt, puts me at 11 hours of ink time, with nothing but black ink. I've got another 4-5 hours of black ink and hopefully only 4 hours of color.... 20+ hours FTW!
fun times.....
The sucky part is the down time between getting it done, gotta heal up enough to hit it again, heal up again and hit it yet again, heal up again....

He? Me? I'm happy going to a guy who specializes in what I want, all of the tattoo artist but 1 that I interviewed did the style I wanted, they also did every other style out there, and since they did every single style anyone could ask for, everything they did was just ok. As far as a traditional piece, like I was aiming for, everyone was clueless and had no real idea what I wanted other then, "tell me what you want and we will put it on you".

Does she have an outside company come in and test her autoclave monthly?
Does she solder her own needles our buy them predone?
Anytime she does anything does she change her gloves? The guy doing mine changes his gloves 20 times a session.
Does she use disposable ink holders/trays?
Does everything that gets touched by you and her get covered/wrapped?
Post up your tattoos again I can't remember them.
