Just to make sure I have the lingo correct. Are you saying there is a BMW expo at Motorsports Ranch? If so I would be interested. How can I get more info about it? I.E. do we get to run our cars or their cars around the track?

Any info would be appreciated.

He probably meant a Z4....I agree if it was a Z8 he was NOT racing.

And if you don't mind me asking...what do we have done to our LS1 to pull down those kills?

Not a typo. Those are my numbers, my friends 2001 SS 6 speed has 'around' the same numbers, only a little more powerful with the same nitrous kit.

Sounds like you haven't been around too many cars when they dyno on the bottle Nitrous builds good horsepower, but it also builds insane torque. Some of my old school car friends (i.e. huge motors) are getting an additional 500 ft*lbs from a 300 horse fogger.

Hmm... this won't be all by any means, just the ones I recall..

Won:
4 - Mustang GTs (2 older mid-90's/2 more current models... '99 and '00)
2 - Bullitt GTs (though these races were very close and could have gone either way)
1 - BMW 3 series (not an M... and not even close)
2 - Boxster S (got one on a mountain road.. hehe)
1 - Trans Am (not an LS1)
1 - Z28 (again, not an LS1)
many - Acura Integras
many - hopped up Civics

Lost:
2 - Mustang GTs - late 90's models and modded (learned by talking after race)
1 - 2003 Mach I - Lost by about 2 car lengths
1 - LS1 Camaro - Lost by about 4 car lengths (didn't talk the guy, but am pretty sure it had a few mods)
1 - Acura Integra with stoopid mods
2 - Mustang Cobras (technically, I did not race these because I knew I would lose, but a surrender is still a victory for them in my eyes)
1 - 350Z (it was a verrrry close race... neck-and-neck the whole way, but I think this guy knew his shift points a little better!
)

very confused right now...

With enough money, you can make anything go fast. Would you like to see a video of an old Chrysler K-car go deep in the 10's?

Or he could be pulling our legs.

Nitrous is cool and all, but I was just going by sigs over at LS1.com. I had never seen that kind of a torque number from a mildly modded LS1 on spray. But that just goes to show ignorance on my part sorry.

Wins:

2 mid 90's mustang GT's
at the same time, an audi TT, and a mid-late 80's 911 (three way stop light races are sweet
'03 mercedes SL500
New toyota celica (not sure which model)

Losses:

'91 NSX (my roomate's. Closer race than I would expect. He has intake, headers exhaust) Beat me by about a car length to 90

Haven't had very many races. Wish I'd have some more. Even short light to light races.
