Can a 350 run nines?

no a 350 can't run 9's. By the time you get everything built and tuned it won't have anything to do with a 350. Maybe if you can afford the weight of the nissan badge it will. A 9 car will be a shitty daily driver unless you turn down the boost, change out the clutch, make a bunch of mods, everytime you want to track or street it. NOT WORTH it.
