I'm here to necro this thread.
It turns out _JB ended up selling his G. I managed to stumble across it, and bought it on the spot. The car is immaculate. However, the problem still exists with having to floor the throttle to get the car to start when warmed up. Currently the MAF tubing and pop charger are present on the vehicle.
If anyone knows a way to contact _jb, that'd be fantastic to find.

I do believe jb claimed the vehicle ran too rich.
But the starting issue ONLY happens when the car is above 180° water temp.
I'd imagine it could be the tune. But jb had the car retuned several times with no luck
