interesting info, just a shot in the dark, but I think your osiris logs will show you that your oil pressure at 600 rpm is low, and therefore is not engaging VCT like it should, but when the rpm raises enough to engage enough oil pressure you are fine. To be honest, I think this problem will probably work itself out during break in. With those BC stage 2 cams, you probably should have at least an 800 rpm idle, have you had any stalling issues or any stuttering at idle?
I hate sound problems on forums, it is impossible to recreate a sound problem on video... We want to help but it is hard too... I wish you at least had a cypher cable, those logs and being able to raise your idle alittle would probably be very beneficial. Best of luck here and if there is anyway I can help, let me know.

also, what weight oil are you using, how many miles do you have on the new motor? Have you looked all over the engine for oil leaks? Have you changed the oil yet? I would strain it out and see what comes out, my first 2 oil changes looked ugly, but cleared up and the car made more power by about 5000 miles

i agree about the oil pressure, which is what makes me think i might have some sort of internal leak that causes just enough of a pressure drop at idle to make things noisey. before my next oil change, im going to run some seafoam through the oil to maybe clear out some blocked passages if that is the case. other than that, idk
i do have a cypher cable, i have the full tuning package. is it easy to raise the idle? maybe i should do that so it isnt so noisy anymore

small update, over 100 miles and no code at all, so i think its safe to say the code was from the bad bank 2 solenoid that i swapped out. did some more listening to the noise last night with a bunch of extensions attached together to try and narrow down where it was coming from. im not positive, but pretty sure its coming from the timing chain, probably getting slack in it at idle and slapping the covers. although, for a while last night, it was idling and not doing it. so, i think ill see if it works itself out of it, otherwise might be one of the chain tensioners. thats all i have for now
