Just saw this thread and had to jump in and say a big congrats.
I'm one of the older ones here too, 56 and will be 57 pretty soon, and a female. Bought mine exactly a year ago. I first liked the Zs way back in the mid-70's when a roommate's boyfriend had one - she used to be jealous cuz the boyfriend spent so much time and money on the car! Anyway, there is something very rewarding about getting a cool snazzy car that had its roots in the sports cars of 30 years ago - and being old enough to have driven and still remember fondly those long-ago cars. Hope you're enjoying your car in the beautiful spring weather in AZ.
