Got my wife a nice Z
I just purchased for my wife a triple black 04 Roadster and I was pretty impressed with it. My brother has had at least three of them but I am and have always been a Corvette guy but I will say the Z is a really nice car and I'm looking forward to tweaking on it. I was most impressed by the handling right out of the box. We live in Mount Juliet, Tennessee which is a suburb of Nashville. I know all of the Corvette forums and which ones are best and was searching for a like forum for the Z. This appears to be it.

Welcome and congrats to your wife on her new car.
This site is great and by far the biggest and busiest. Many here visit multiple sites. There is also zchickz.com which your wife may enjoy. Lots of friendly, savy ladies over there with awesome Zs of all eras.

Thanks for the warm welcome. It's hard starting from scratch and there is certainly a lot to read/learn here. It's a little overwhelming at first.

"when I feel the need for speed", at the track.

It's just that many times when you do that, the car becomes a harder to live with (in my case my car is loud and shakes like all get out with the big cam I put in it) so I don't see any reason we need two like that.
