Hi All, this is my first post so i hope it doesn't go to sH*t. I've just joined my350z.com after looking around the site for some info and pics to help me decide on which model/color ZED to buy.
I decided on a 07 Diamond Black Track Coupe (colors are diff here in AU). Here are some pics.... So far so good but i have to admit driving the car in hot weather is like sitting in a sauna, the heat even comes up from underneath where the pedals are, besides that im loving it....

One question: Do the US models come with a tape deck? It's 2007 wtf is a tape deck doing on a brand new car??? got me stumped!!!

I don't remember my Z having a tapedeck (and I had an '03 base model). Weird.

 

congrats! didn't know ANY new cars still came with tape decks hehe oh and the heat by pedals is pretty common. I can sometimes feel the heat other times i can't... weird but don't really know what causes it to fluctuate.

 

yeah, in the manual it shows a version with the tapedeck. Mine doesnt have one. dont be surprised, its just a chance for them to make a profit off of something you didnt want.

welcome. Nice pics. Mine came with a cd player, but I have a GMC truck and it has both tape and cd. I bought it brand new in 05. I still have not used the tape deck.

Yah it has a friggen tape deck, makes we want to bring out the Bobby Brown mix tapes and relive my school years...
The AU models come with the tape deck and 6 disc CD changer, this is the first thing that will go in the car
I was bummed when i found out the US models come with Standard SAT NAV? and you also have more colors to choose from

Tapedeck sucks but I never notice anymore. Pics turned out great...makes me wish I had a black one as well.

 

Congratulations on the car its a beauty. I believe that the 03 thru 05 touring models came with the 6disk changer and the tape deck as standard equipment.

 

An '07 with a tape deck? Actually, I could use one to play all the tapes I have that now serve no purpose other than take up space.

Lol, the Kiwi models do to & the 6 disk of course. I remember the first 350 I test drove 4 years ago, I looked laughed my head off. My S15 didn't have a tape deck, so why the 350. Good filler, for Sat Nav most likely.

Our market down under isn't big enough apparently. The UK don't have the same colour options as the US either.

Anyway, great to have another one on the forum from down under. CongratZ on the 07.
