Default New 350 Z Owner

its about time that i got up off my butt and owned a real sports car. i have a question for everyone what is the best bolt-ons i can get to make the z a little faster with out going forced induction

I'm not a Z owner but I'm sure, most of the bolt-on would be anything from intake, exhaust, or headers. Searching will be good as well.

Those are all expensive, and net minimal gains on the HR...

But if you did a combination of mods, then got an ECU and tune, you could net 20whp or so... that sounds about right.

But after all is said and done, for what that 20 whp cost, you could have had 100 whp by going FI.

Well, I hear that after market parts for a Z is really expensive. For my case, I like to stay N/A and try to get the most power gains for my car. You're right, I could of probably get FI with all the N/A mods, but that just depends on your pereferences.

Welcome. When searching, you might pay attention to the source of the info. A noob just claimed you could get 15 more hp by changing to a different oil. There are a lot of experienced members here to glean good ideas.

So, did you get the car yet and any pics?
