Default I new and have no idea what to do

Had my Z for about a month and love it. I want a exhaust system but dont know what sound i like. Ive heard a video with just the stock exhaust and no resonator and it sounds pretty good. Does anyone know if you lose or gain horsepower by removing the resonator?

Welcome!

Some good info -> https://my350z.com/forum/2003-2009-n...questions.html

Have a look/listen at the Nismo exhaust. No matter what exhaust you're not going to gain much on it's own, include some intake mods or help it breath

Slow down for one thing!!!! Dont jump into too much all at once. There is a lot of info out there. Take your time and research it before you do it. If you want sound clips try youtube there are plenty of clips out there.

Nismo or Motordyne is my pick...

Nismo has a beautiful sound, keeps the VQ, not too loud, perfect level for me...

Motordyne is simply a work of art, kind of loud depending on the exhausts...but those guys know their business...
