New 08 350Z Roadster
New to the forums.. Just got an 08 350z roadster. I love my car haha I wanna do stuff to it but idk what? I don't wanna do too much though cuz its my everyday car. I know that's bad but I dont drive much just to school n work. I want it to last me over time. I also have a warranty on it so I dont wanna void that.

Good logic to stay away from heavy duty mods while your car is under warranty.
Most dealers take a hard stand on this.Depending on your budget,you may want to
look into Nismo mods.Parts such a the S-Tune Catback exhaust do not void your warranty.There are also suspension parts and several intake set ups.All a bit pricey...

Your 08 is at least 3 years old now, and at this point most of the factory UV protectant
will have dissipated from the convertible top. To extend the life of your top, buy some convertible top cleaner and some top protectant. I use Wolfsteins ‘Rag Top’ products. Give the top a cleaning and protectant treatment whenever water stops beading up and rolling off, similar to freshly waxed paint. Be sure to buy products made for a vinyl top (your Z), as opposed to a fabric top.
My top is now eight and a half years old and is still supple and looks like new. It has not faded or lost any of its nice black color. Because I live in a temperate climate and keep my Z in a garage, I find my top only needs cleaning and treating twice a year. In hot weather 3 or 4 times a year might be needed.
