Just bought my first 350z less than an hour ago
So I just bought my first 350z (so happy I can finally say I'm a proud owner of a 350z) for $2300 off of IAAI.
I have yet to figure out what trim it is! Even if it's base, I'm still going to love it.
I was hoping you guys could give me some information on parts (I'm surrounded by German car enthusiasts).
The year of the car is 2003.
From my understanding... I can buy parts from 2003-2005. Is this range correct or can it be extended further? Does it vary?
Where are some of the best sites to look for good quality parts that don't require much fitting?
I'm already ordering the bumper support part. Going to see if we can salvage the bumper. If not, I want to have an idea of where to look for these kind of things (OEM/Aftermarket).
Thanks in advance for your guys' help!

YIKES....
Anyways... olenty of vendors here, theyll sell you aftermarket or oem parts. Do your research. Yes 03-05 parts are interchangeable.
Search, search, searhc.
Driving school to avoid a repeat of the cars current conditions.
Always have flame suit on.
Anyways, welcome and enjoy

Welcome and congratulations. Check out www.courtesyparts.com for parts -- they'll have pretty much everything you need.

Welcome.
I look forward to see how you turn this car around, it's in rough shape.
It looks to me like an Enthusiast or Touring model, which aside from the Track are the best models to find.

And from the looks of it, it is only cosmetic.
Drove it home last night. No problem starting it up.
Dashboard didn't light up like a christmas tree aside from the airbag.
Headlights are still in pretty good condition.
Time to do some research on where I can find aftermarket bumpers

I have the TCS button, Bose sound system, heated seats, and 17" rims. If I recall correctly, 18's were an option for the Touring model.

You can put the vin # in the vin tool under the tools on top of page.

It is likely an Enthusiast model as the Touring was equipped with VDC vs TCS and 18" v1 Touring wheels were standard, the Performance model had v1 Touring wheels, TCS and cloth seats I believe, it's been a while since I bought my z though(11 years) so I may be wrong.
Check the VIN Decoder under the Tools tab on the top of the page.
