New owner of 350z but need advice on how to get it fixed.
Hate to say it, OP, but it is kind of your fault for not doing your research before hand. VIN checking a car should NEVER happen AFTER you buy it. Especially if it seems like a "really good deal". Either try to dump it and get what you can back out of it (but dont be a dirtbag and let the next buyer know the story) or replace it. Either way will suck.
I don't see how it can not have frame damage. If it were mine I'd do this in reverse. Take it in for an alignment or a shop that does frame work, see if it is/can be put in spec. If yes then great, evaluate how to proceed with cosmetics and enjoy life.
If no, it'll never drive correctly, may put you at risk and will eat tires. Function > form always. Good luck.

Back lights are pretty bend up
The back bumper appears to be almost welded on and I can’t get to some of the bolts to undo it due to the damage, this is underneath the car
Right side underneath
Well my budget depends on how much I can get for this Z and this maxima I’m also selling. And I would say max I could travel is two hours. Another than that I would have to get it delievered to me. Unless it’s a stupid good deal
Well if the Z was never properly repaired, and you're gonna sell it HONESTLY to someone, you'd be lucky to sell it for $2k. What's the details on the maxima? Year, trim, miles, condition of interior, exterior, and engine? Any accidents?

You may not get a decent z for $4k. You might get even more for just parting out the Z alone.
But another option is not to listen to anyone! They say the rear is not replaceable, I say hold my beer and watch this ****!
Go out/online and search for a 350z SHELL (no engine, no trans, wheels optional) for as cheap as godly possible. Cut off the back end and weld that SOB onto your car. BOOM REPLACEABLE

The pics of the car, well, let's just say, I've seen better AND I've seen worse. The other option is to not spend any money on this one, drive it as is, sell the Max, save your pennies for a couple of years then have at something different, maybe newer or whatever. Just don't sink a lot into this one because once you start, it's all sunk costs (meaning you will NEVER see or recover it). If it runs, run it to the ground and move on.

I'd ask if you were joking, but I know you're not.
