Default Clutch catches right above floor

Hi all. I got my 350z about 4 months ago and it has been running great since. About 2 weeks ago, after I drive then let the car sit while I get gas or go in a store, the car acts fine for about 2 miles then the clutch pedal starts to go soft and doesn't catch until its about to be on the floor. I can usually pump the clutch and get it to regain some pressure and bring the catch point back up but it doesn't always work. Is my master or slave cylinder going out and how can I check them? Thanks
