Default New Rotors and Pads

Installed some Power Slot rotors and Stop Tech pads on the NISMO tonight. Pretty simple install. Yeah, I know, the car is DIRTY! Living on a gravel road in MO SUCKS *****!

Thought about it but I got a really good price on these from WorksConcepts so I went with these. My stock rotors were pretty bad, which was odd because my pads weren't too shabby.

Do people really mess this up? Not only do the rotors come with a "R" and "L" on them, they also come with a paper (for each rotor) explaining the direction they go.

Lol. From what I have read it depends on the rotors. The internal vanes are what really matter. I guess some are made with "reverse slots"??? As long as you follow the directions that come with them, you can't go wrong!

Are you using Stoptech Street Performance pads? How would you rate the feel of them compared to the stock Brembo pads? When you've driven a few hundred miles on them please update how are they in terms of initial grab, noise and dusting. Thanks.

Yep, I'll let you know. Initial results are pretty good. Not too grabby for street use.
