You know whats funny, you beat my 1/4 time but you have never beaten me on the street-best you could do is 1/2 car back

 

lol. i don't do half bad against Z's now anymore, raced the turbonetics Z and he had me by about 2 car lengths, and bobby still beats me by about a car length.

however...my car might have a blown headgasket...if so blocks coming out to be bored to 3.0L with 8.5:1 compression for my turbo setup.

 

haha two car lengths my ***, the netics Z isnt even comparable, what did he have two car lengths on you by the time he got into spool? or did you start from a 80+ mph again?

also yea bert i think your suspension isnt helping you at the drag strip. And you have to spin more on your launch. with slicks it will just carry you down the strip and you wont barely spin.

 

Yeah I know the JIC are waaayyyy to stiff, no weight transfer, but Ill give it up for the handling and stance my car has Have you sprayed it yet ?

 

we went from a dead stop and he started pulling by me in 3rd, when we shut it down he had 2 cars on me. it was the same night he raced scott. steve raced him the other night too and it was the same.

from a roll he starts in boost and doesn't have to worry about traction so obviously he's gonna pull more on me there.

 

no altered has had my car for a week. apparently they messed up my ECU and now they said i need a new one.

When are you expecting to have your car back Bobby? Our race wont go down for a while still, Im gonna work on my beater some, then I still have to do a few things before I install the Turbonetics kit-paint my Nismo front end, get guages, APS oil pan, looking into an aftermarket radiator that will work with the kit as well. My goal is to have it out boosted by next summer, still a loonnngggg ways away.
