Can any of you guys tell me if this is a good deal or not? and what else would I need?


This is an NX Nitrous wet kit complete with:
Micro switch
16 foot line
50-150 shot pills
10 lbs bottle with brackets
relay
Fuel (T) ready to go on any (honda). and a very small switch easy to hide.
It is all in perfect shape. $225

Depends how old it is. Good price though. Only things I would buy to support this mod would be a fuel tap - NX universal sux (AAM, Audible Mayhem, PTP all make them). TPS/Window switch (MSD, NX, Dynotune nitrous) - I bought the dynotune nitrous b/c it has gear lockout. ZEX unit is identical to the Dynotune TPS/Window switch and costs $100 more. Go figure. A bottle warmer is another good investment. Pick up a UTEC and tune it....BAM....now you fast!

 

Is a Utec needed? Thats the only thing I am concerned about woulr a emange help?

Kit looks to be in good condition.

 

Buy the damn thing. But then again I will buy just about anything.

 

i would jump on it, even though it looks like its out of a honda...

Naa.. not at all.. You will still need to be WOT and have a window switch (same as us 6MT guys) so no worries.. Just make sure you are TUNED correctly and you will be fine! Hit Audible Mayhem up cause you will most likely need some extra parts..

 

NA&CH - The UTEC is not needed, but if you wanna squeeze more than a 100 shot...its a must.

driftk1d - if you have an auto...don't run more than 100 shot. I doubt the torque converter could handle much more than that.

window switch $100-249

 

Thanks old school. SO no 125 shot without Utec. Could an emanage be used?

 

I think it can. Not too sure if you can have multiple maps or not. You want multiple maps so you can switch between your all motor map and nitrous. You really don't wanna roll around with 4-6 degrees of timing taken out all the time like you'd have in your nitrous map. One reason I chose the UTEC.
