Default Nitrous, Wet? Dry? Wet/Dry? opinions?

Just wondering which is better/safer to use. I hear the wet systems produce more hp. Is this true? I ran a NX Wet/Dry system (sprayed both fuel and N2O into the intake) on my Camaro a few years back, and had no problems. Just wondering if I should go with a wet or dry system for the Z.

Dunno if the wet systems give out more hp, but from what I've heard and read is that the wet system is the way to go. I'm running NOS and I know a couple other members here are running it as well as some Zex setups.

dont know all the terminology, but id tap into each runner as this will equally distribute the nitrous into each cylinder.
rather than dumping it into the throttle body and letting the vaccuum suck in varied amounts.

A wet system is preferable if you are running a big shot (+75hp) due to the need of more fuel.

A dry system is OK for small shots. You can ask to a technitian from the system's company about the different options and his recommendation.

If you want the ultimate in versatility and reliability, go with a Direct Port setup where each intake runner has it's own nozzle spraying fuel and nitrous. It takes care of distribution problems at higher HP level shots of the giggle gas.

I have seen it, but not on the Z. It is basically the same as a direct port kit, but does not require drilling the intake manifold. The cost however is pretty substantial compared to a conventional direct port kit.
