Lightbulb Bottle Fed HR!!!

As the subject reads, "Bottle Fed HR" I am putting together a 100 shot N2o system that will in my opinion be the safest and best setup for the 07-08 HR models.
Some of you know that I am currently deployed in Iraq and will soon be arriving back to the US. My profession is helicopter electronics repair/Avionics. I also hold a full time position doing the same thing as a civilian so I guess you can say that I am fairly proficient in what I do.

So, during my free time I have thoroughly looked over the technical manuals and wiring diagrams that the dealership uses. Just in-case someone needs these manuals I have 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 technical manuals on PDF format.
While reviewing over some other forums on others that have installed N2o in their 2007-08 models I have not seen or heard of anyone installing a setup like the one I have came up with. I was going to wait and do this write-up when I was finished with the install, but it bothered me to know that people were doing the install through one TB(throttle body).
As I researched parts and reviewed wiring diagrams concentrating on the best route for integrating the system into the CAN.
Some might be aware of what this system is, but for those who don't I will explain in laymen terms. CAN(Controller Area Network) which is a series of computers set up to capture real-time information that support and ensure the best possible performance at a high rate of speed with excellent error detection capabilities. So, instead of having an ECM(Electronic Control Module) for the Engine and Trans there are multiple computers setup to take on specific functions with receiving and transmitting Units that help relay information at a much faster rate so that you as a drive have a better feel of your vehicles performance.

After my findings I started the fun stuff, finding the best kit for this project. In the past I have used N2o in all of my sport cars. (Some are scared because of the risk or complications they might run into during the install. So, I guess my best advice to you would be to learn and know the safeties required for using N2o and the limitation of your mechanical/technical skills.) Over the years it has been in the best interest of companies to make a fail-safe system that is user friendly,...thats why I think I became a fan of ZEX. Their kits come with Active Fuel Control that incorporates a throttle-by-wire system that monitors your rpm range only activating during wide open throttle, thus eliminating the risk of injecting N2o at low RPMs. During my search for the best possible kit I made a final decision on two Zex 82220P kits (P ) meaning polished bottles.

That’s right, spare no expense, I am buying two of these bad boys! Here is why, as you should know the HR motor has two individual 60mm throttle bodies. These throttle bodies operate on an electronic signal which have their own specific ECM that incorporates the necessary programming to facilitate the input signals from the throttle pedal potentiometers and signal outputs to the electronic throttle bodies.
Imagine what would happen if the right steps weren't taken, If only one N2o Active Fuel Control computer system was wired through one TBPS (Throttle Body Position Sensor), the computers would be over compensating and possibly throwing CELs. Each TB inputs minimal data into the vehicle's ECM via a serial link from the electronic throttle actuator's separate control unit. So, incorporating two Active Fuel Control computers would minimize ETB (Electronic Throttle Body) outputs to achieve accuracy that the CAN system can better capture real-time information at a higher rate of speed. By using two complete kits I can safely and efficiently spray 50 shot into each TB.

Please let me know what you think...post your ideas, opinions and questions.
I will mock up a parts list and wiring diagram for those interested on installing this setup.
Remember All of this is just theory and opinion so take it in with a grain of salt!

CAVAET: I don't own an 07, haven't read the FSM, and just remember this from casual reading:

My understanding was that the 2 throttle bodies did not operate in tandem. That is, one operates over the full rpm range, and the other only operates after a certain RPM. I could be wrong, but you may want to check it out to make sure you are not spraying into the closed side depending on your rpm set points... I personally think there's less chance for mistakes with the least complicated set up. That would be one kit, spraying into the central plenum. With the variable valve lift technology, the throttle bodies become less critical and perhaps a less reliable indicator of air supply in the cylinders. I would think that a kit that relies upon the fuel injector duty cycle would be the safest bet...

again, no experience with NOS, just some thoughts to consider...

you have to keep in mind the bottle pressure. If you are going to try that both bottles have to be the same pressure which is going to be hard to moniter all the time on two bottles, mine ran the best at 975psi. I use to have zex set up with the works running a 55 shot and loved it anyone can install it's like a user friendly setup.I am now procharged and got rid of nos it's like laughing gas way to addicting.
