.
I run .036
And I believe it was Audible Mayhem that recommended that gap in another forum a while back.
But If Audible Mayhem chimes in on a gap, I'd run what ever he suggests.
He knows more about nitrous then anyone else on this site.

If you're using the Iridium or Copper the gap out of the box is .044. Try them at that gap and if you decide to make the gap on the Iridiums smaller, be careful because those tips are fragile. IIRC making the gap smaller richens up your A/F which makes it a little safer.Usually if your running big boost you would make the gap smaller in order to prevent blow out or misfires. Bigger gap (.044) equals better performance. I have never changed the gap(.044) on my plugs and I run TT & N20

Jksstar, in the stickied thread in this subforum, stated his is gapped at 35, so a lot of people were going by that also.
You also have to remember that you're tuned and many aren't. Running safe is and should be your #1 priority.

My photo skills suck: the one on the left is the copper and the one on the right is an Iridium(both NGK) Coppers are LFR6A 11 Iridiums are LFR 6AIX-11
If you look real close at the tips on the bottom of each, the Iridium is much smaller than the copper so be careful if you gap the Iridiums
