For everyone who wants to FINALLY KNOW!!!
I talked to NGK today and I finally have the actual real part number for the 1 step colder plugs for our HR motors!!!
And here it is...drum roll please!
NGK-LKR8A which is a heat range 8(one colder than stock which is heat range 7)
This plug is a standard nickel/copper plug not iridium so it will not cost $180 f'ing dollars from GTM.
Our stock plug is a denso fxe22HR-11 (22 heat range in denso = 7 heat range NGK) Which means that one colder would be 8!
For everyone out there who finally wants the correct number here it is!1
The stock number for this plug is 5214 and the plug CAN be found at any NAPA or discount advance auto parts store.
Im heading over to one right after work tonight to get my correct plugs.
This plug has a 12mm diameter (different from 06 DEs), a 26.5mm thread reach and a standard hex size of 5/8th. This is the NGK equivalent of the stock DENSO plug except one heat range colder and NOT iridium.

It also has a 32 thousandths gap which is a considerable difference from the 44/45 thousandth gap on the stock denso plug. NGK told me that I would be fine without regapping it if I stayed at around 75-100 shot. Any more and he suggested that it might be wise to regap to 35 thousandths!!

I went to Murray's here down in Miami, they told me they had the LFR7AIX and that they would fit my car, i went over there. I called NGK on the spot and confirmed and they said that the LFR7AIX wich is a part #2309 fits, he also said for anything more than a 125shot, regap them to 34-36thousands, they come 32thousands.

I did some research and i came across of people using the LFR7AIX for the other Z's. Seems like they were DE's. Did i buy the wrong plugs ? Why would NGK tell me these would be 2 step colder plug for the HR ?

They must have been looking up the reg DE motor, I did the same thing initally and ended up with those plugs. The part number you reference are the ones with the std spark plug socket.
