Sean350, I LOVE how my truck shifts, it shifts very hard and firm. I've driven the Z and I never really had too much of a problem with the AT, but i'd love to personally drive the stick myself! Datona Jess, wanna let me take a test drive with ya around the block? I'm not the disrespectful type, I'd just personally like to feel the powerband while holding gears.

The one thing I didn't like with the AT is the auto stick would sorta bang into gears, you'd feel some rear end clunk here and there.

Mike, never had any of the clunking other than the rear diff occasionally while going into reverse (not uncommon....my Cobra did it too). I don't even use the auto stick part because it's not instant enough of a shift. It does better shifting for itself in that regard. Would just like 'em a bit snappier. The $100 TransGo kit I put in my ex's '95 Mustang GT had it barking second gear.

No one wanted mine so i had to keep it... Trans ****ed. So the trans has been at SGP for about a month now for a full built trans! 700+whp allowed.

I was reading on the forums that many people are complaining that the newer Z doesn't sound as good as the 03 04 05 models...lol...could that be to less fu kn tire roar?? or did they refine the engine and restrict the exhaust on it somehow?

Are those things a lot faster than the 04-5-6 models??

I don't know if anyone had heard but I hauled *** on the freeway on-ramp and was doin atleast 100mph onto the freeway, I eventually caught up with Bob (BMW 335i TT) and we were zipping in and out of traffic, it was alot of fun but he totally took off. I got limited at 135mph, couldn't go any faster, I was disappointed lol. I'll get those pictures up tonight or tomorrow morning, keep an eye out! I'll upload everything for a while, right click save as, and AJ, let me know if you want the full size images, i'm going to photoshop them a little. The wheels were a little dirty hehe.
