got my jwt clutch and fly installed today, and its pretty nice, my 5th and 6th gear a bit harder to get into though gotta be just right.

I just went to the bike store by my house. Seems my bicycle is 'old' and wouldn't be worth putting new and upgraded parts on it. I will buy a new seat, but I'll probably spend a few hundred next year for a new bike with a better suspension and brakes.

I currently have a Schwinn mountain bike. I just had my neighbor who's into bikes adjust the seat and raised the handle bar. I hope this helps with the pain I get from riding.
