Ahh I have a bunch of friends that still bmx a bunch. Erik they are def still called fruit booters. Night owls were eating wings and tater tots and drinking oatmeal stouts.

Nice f^cking weather. can't plow, can't plant, what's in the ground isn't growing.... then I hurt my shoulder lifting, so I can't go to the gym.... actually it is starting to feel better. which would indicate it was just a strain vs a tear -> thank god. I still want to get a 500 bench

it's so cold the Z is no fun to drive... but I do have the evo.

5 hundo!?!?!?!? damn killa!

I f'd up my shoulder almost 2 years ago and no longer can lift for "mass", can only lift for reps unless I wanted to get arthroscopic shoulder surgery.

I should.. but with a bad shoulder, my elliptical only further aggravates it. I actually went to the gym today and did squats. I stuck to about 350 with them today. I should be going heavier (50-100 lbs), but I fear messing my back up before farm season. I have my form back and feel very comfortable again.... finally after a yr.

I made a good run for it a while back. got 465 for a triple, but I could not get a 490 (or the elusive 500). Even a 495 would be pretty bad@ss (5 plates!). I think this coming winter, I'll make a good push for it. Hoping I can stay healthy for 4 months and continue to squats and deads.

Welcome to my world. I feel stronger, but I'm not. So I just maintain my physique and try to stay lean and cut. Now if Tara would stop baking all those goodies...
