golfer's elbow is the same as tennis elbow. it's what I have. I got it from swinging a 4# hammer for 2.5 days on the farm. try doing a hammer curl (pronated curl) and you'll know if you have it. it will hurt on the outside of the fore arm, back towards the elbow, or as mine has progressed, it will hurt on the outside of the point of your elbow where you have tendon attachment

Yep, that's the pain I have. In fact, it's a dull nagging pain right now. I thought the difference between golfer's and tennis elbow is outside vs inside. But yeah, I've had both before, and it's a PITA.

Yea I havn't been able to work out in the last 2 months.. Been dealing with nagging injuries from work, started with the wrist, then the whole hand and a week after the knees started acting up along with my ankle I sprained. Tho I do need to get back to exercising again, need to build up my back strength again and my six pack is starting to fade. Oh I wish I was 19 again, my prime years.

Damn, that sounds terrible. Makes me feel like a wuss puss. LOL

I think I'm going to have to make an appt for another MRI for the right shoulder this time. That's my shooting arm/hand, so it's my bread and butter.

I hope I don't need surgery, but I'm really curious why I'm getting these massive shooting pains from the frontal part when I'm not even doing anything.

Hmm...tempting as it is, I like my leather heated seats. Actually, I think Tara likes them more. If I didn't share the Z, I'd totally jump on that deal.

I don't know why, but I'm taking it way too personally knowing that some punk has been stealing all of my reflective lawn poles that I set up for the city plows.
