I started a separate thread on the NH/MA/etc Caravan to CT: CLICK HERE. Right now we are planning on meeting at the WESTBOUND rest area of the Mass Pike between the Natick and Framingham exits at 7 AM. Always nice to have another DB to draw some interest!

BTW if you, or anyone else, is planning on joining us, please post a quick message on that thread so that we can have an accurate count and not leave anyone behind. Thanks.

I do audio/visual for a living... I could bring a powered speaker and mic if you want, let me know... Also, my brother will be following me up in his 260Z so add that to the list....

 

If you can, that would be great. As you can see, we are now over 60 cars which means we will probably have at least 100 people there and it will be tough to yell loud enough for everyone to hear.

I haven't added your brother to the list only because I've been trying to count 350Z/G35's on this list.

We are aware of other cars coming and are keeping a count for this also. Right now I am aware of at least 7 cars coming that are not 350Z/G35's(this includes your friend, my wife's car, JVD Graphics, and a couple of friends of members on the list). Also, there are a couple members of this forum that are coming and have roadsters on order but are unsure if their car will arrive by the 12th. Wouldn't that be sweet if they did.

no problem with the audio, just remind me... Besides the 260, I'll also have 1 other friend following down with his truck since you can't fit anything in the Z... Like I mentioned before, I should have the new intake and suspension parts installed on my car and I'll have the Y-pipes and other exhaust parts I told you about... I'll call you to update before the meet... This should be a great turnout and alot of fun... I was involved in the 30 car meet in Cape May, NJ and that was a blast.....Pray to the weather gods

Count me in all the way from the Sunshine State. I am psyched to be on a road trip that puts me close enough to be a part of this!!Will need to clean the Z Sat Am . Best Hotel? Will leave to Atlantic City,anyone cruising that way after?

 

Wow! At the NH meet we had JimH who came from Arizona. We have some great Z enthusiasts.

There are some members coming from NJ but I don't know if they are coming from South, Central, or North Jersey. Maybe somebody will see this and post.

I will tell you that there is a caravan coming up from NY that will meet at Fort Totten in Queens between 7:15-7:45 AM. There is another thread with directions if you're interested.

Also, and this applies to anyone elso coming north, there will be a stop at Exit 22 on Route 95 North. There will be some 350Z owners there and the NY caravan will stop there also. There will be people there at 8:00 AM and once the NY caravan arrives they will all head north. They will probably leave around 8:30 AM.

If you want to stay in CT Friday evening, please let me know night as there are a few members doing this. BTW, there is a self-serve car wash less than a mile from where these people will be staying.

As the date gets closer, I will post a meeting place on the NJ turnpike, probably around exit 11, which is where the Garden State Parkway meets the turnpike.. It will probably be about a
2 1/2 hour drive from there.. Maybe like 7am or so.... Let me know if anyone wants to meet up there.....

Good idea Jason. I'm originally from Elizabeth (Exit 13A). If you don't hit any major traffic, you should be able to make it in 2 to 2-1/2 hours.

Hope others join you. Also, on your way up please stop at the rest area at Exit 22 on Route 95 North in Connecticut. This stop will allow you to take a mini-break plus there will be a couple of 350Z's there at 8:00 AM waiting for the NY caravan. Once the NY caravan arrives they all plan to head north around 8:30 AM. There will be a CS Track there. The owner's name is Mike.
