Andrew is correct. We have worked hard to make sure we don't leave out any details. We will have a sign-in book, name tags, pamphlets with a schedule, dash cards (which will have directions to Lime Rock on the back and will have details in the front so that the people at Lime Rock can easily direct everyone to our corral), and we also will hand out a card to everyone that needs gas before heading out to Lime Rock. With so many cars coming, it will be impossible to stop for gas along the way. Before we leave the park we will ask the people with the gas cards to go to a gas station that's near the park and when they return we want the card back. This is to ensure that no one is left behind (we'll know how many people were given cards).

The above are some of the things we have thought of. There are others but I'd be here writing forever. See you the 12th.

I'm still shocked by how much this has grown. It's going to be a great meet.

 

Vic has mentioned that I will be showcasing some new products that one of our members is developing. Here is where the kind folks at Limerock will be reserving our parking. Many thanks to Petra and Gina at Limerock.

Visit limerock park through this link. Look at the center of the map for "Midway". At this time, we are getting the green triangle (grass) area as our reserved parking. This may change if we get more cars but as it stands today, this is where we will park.

Tim glad you can make it! We have a car coming from Florida and Steve (z2thdr) from Toronto is pretty much confirmed. Now we need to get more people from the West (Bonz?).

As I said before, this could be the World's largest gathering of 350Zs! I tried to do some research but got sidetracked in the SoCal forum, which is kind of like a whole separate subculture/website, and in particular the Las Vegas thread!.

HEUGE brought me a really cool NISMO flag back from Japan so I may have to lead the MA/NH/et al Caravan with that on the car somewhere. As it stands right now the only colors not confirmed in the caravan are PPW and LS! This is really going to be a great time!

There's a thread that Z ULAYDA started on 350zmotoring.com about getting a group together to go to Lime Rock. Apparently they have no clue about our meet and plans. I sent a reply to their post but what was interesting is that this person I guess is part of ZchickZ and supposedly there might be a rep. from Sport Z Magazine at Lime Rock on the 12th and they will be introducing ZchickZ to the Sport Z community. I know we have some Z women owners coming to our meet so this should be interesting. Hopefully we can get their group to join us.

It certainly looks like it will be. The biggest one I've seen yet of just 350Zs was the one last year in Maryland with like 25 or 26 cars, and that was an impressive site itself. If we get 50+ cars together and take the time to do some cool group arrangements it will be very, very cool!

 

Roger, your caravan is going to be awesome. I have on my list mk350z who has a PPW and I believe is from the Boston area. Not sure if he's going to join your caravan buy maybe you can PM him. I thought wingsFan had a LS and was coming with you. See you the 12th.
