i could have technically but there would have been no point... theres another caluse some where (cant recall now) that says there can be nothing over the taillight i.e. film spray tint etc

 

Except that your ticket was completely invalid because you were cited for a violation of a statute regarding motorcycles. I remember, because I looked that one up.

 

was a correction notice that had to be signed off reguardless i tried the motorcycle thing and he threatened to write me a ticket for the correct statute, also tried showing him that it was visable from 300 feet in sunlight and a red amber color was visable to which he still said there was a tint/film/spray over the light violating some statute (forget which) ended up just buying donuts old lights and getting it signed off and switching mine back on after

 

That's annoying.

well i got a ticket in bellevue a couple of days ago..nothing biggie..the cop didnt say anything about my tint and my tailights so i guess it depends on the cop's mood..ugh
