Default Anyone here work at or know someone at Nissan of the Eastside?

Trying to get copies of service records for the 350 I just bought from these guys and they are absolutely not playing ball. Younker Nissan was super cool, nice, and sent them to me without a hassle. Eastside however tells me something different every time I call. First time they told me the work that had been done, but would not mail the records without proof I owned the car. Mailed a copy of the title and now they tell me they will not give me anything and that the other fellow that told me they would needed to be retrained! What a joke. Anyone have contacts there?

Yeah, I did read it. I wouldn't go there after that read as well as all the terrible reviews online when you search on Google and click the reviews link.
But hey, my ride can't help it was taken there by an unknowing soul before I came along! haha

I've had nothing but good service at Nissan of the Eastside. (well, except for the one time that they flushed the brake fluid instead of the power steering fluid. At least they did flush the brake fluid correctly!)

^ your reputation is only as good as the last service. They suck. Even if they worked well for you, I wouldn't go near them even if I needed emergency work.

Did they put in power steering fluid where your brake fluid goes?
