Downforce with drag is no worry in autocross.....I plan to go to a full 10" flat plane spoiler (think nascar) for next year.
Yup. Basically I compared 0ish angle to 12ish angle, and the difference was noticeable by the time. The car felt good, though I did not run wing up/down with the Hoosiers to complete the comparison. I did manage TToD on Saturday by ~1.5s.
Sunday's group, although a bit thinned because of some SCCA activity, was much larger. Those results should be up soon.
I'll probably run 2-3* at Laguna next weekend. I have 3 days to dial it all in, which I'm excited for.

That was the job to have with the heat. I had fun at my first nationals event. I choked first day with 2 DNFs and a run with spin and 3 cones. Second day I was in times with guys getting trophies with 66.2 on West Course. Dang! My co driver was 3rd in FP and set fastest FP time on West course Wed. He actually had 1st overall
Man 370Z was so close to FTD at the last San Francisco area PCA event I ran! I had FTD until last runs. Z has earned reputation as Porsh killer at local PCA club. I still cant believe I almost beat a 1600lb E mod 914! It was very close.
