mine hasent come in yet.
Does anyone know what happens if the pack doesn't come in time of the event?
You could email Dave to make sure they are expecting you. If your package got lost in the mail, they should be able to still get you logged in the morning of. But I'd expect to see it in the mail this week, I still havent got mine either.

You should have received a confirmation email. If you did, you're all set.
I also just read that you were going somewhere to get your wheels re-torqued. That implies you don't have a torque wrench of your own, which you need (or need access to at the event) for the event.

Ya I got the conformation email a while back.
I don't have a trq wrench but I do have 2 friends that are bringing there own trq wrenches. Do you have to have your own there

No, you are not required to have your own per the tech inspection portion, but I won't get into a student's car unless they re-torque their wheels after every session. Of course you can use your friend's wrenches, just make sure you have the right sockets to mate to their wrench, and torque to 85ft-lbs before heading out for each session. Losing torque on the sockets does happen, and although less common, I have seen wheels come off.
I have been told that the lugs get so loose they're pretty much hand tight after each session from the heat, I'll def be tightening it after each session.

I can't understand not owning a tq wrench as an auto enthusiast.

and this...do yourself a favor and pick one up asap...definitely a basic track "must have" (along with tire pressure gauge, white shoe polish, glass cleaner, aluminum jack, etc.)
I have run with HOD and TM - both great groups. HOD a bit more expensive because of their perks. Your call if those are important or not.
29th@t-hill...
my brother has instructed for both and mentioned a caveat of HOD is that its ran too "business/corporate" like...with pretty much the highest prices per event, i believe him...
as for TM, im wondering what the tiered sessions are like...registering for tier 2 and having to stop at 3pm must be a tease, lol...
Not much, popcharger, motordyne MREV2 and 5/16" spacer. Put stock cats back on a while ago and I'm on stock exhaust. Exhaust costs so much $$$ for so little hp N/A. Plus the only exhaust I really would want is motordyne. I might do that if I spring for a vortech.
Still even stock Z's gain a lot of benefit from tuning. Stock ECU tune is garbage.
The only thing I'm missing for this weekend is carbotech brake pads. Forgot to order and now it's too late.
