Well that was fun, started the day with a good running spec Miata, ended the day early with a car with front end damage, broken suspension, brakes and possibly bent wheel.

The rules says PF group Max 255, do you mean if running street tires, this 255 max is waived?

Class P & PF FWD/RWD Max 255 , AWD Max 235Tires:

 

Correct. I'm in PAF, 275 max. PF, up to 12 points, is 255 max. 13 points is PAF.

Nice meeting you francis, after finally driving on laguna seca, it is now my favorite track!

 

My pads gave up also in the 2nd to last session, I suddenly lost a bunch of pedal pressure and wouldn't slow down. I went back to the paddock and saw my pads were gone. I skipped the last session.
I was still on stock street economy pads, I didn't know laguna seca was so hard on the brakes especially in turn 1-2, my pads literally seemed to have melted away.

Had a great time yesterday! Except for minor morning car issues I ended up having a blast!

First time running citytech and I love how they set it up, esp during the time attack they're annoncing people's times etc how to everyone in the pits so you feel like you're actually racing!

I also got to attempt to stay Infront of Scott for a few laps...ya that didn't work well

:-). Where's THAT vid? You said you were on a hot lap, what did you run that lap? 8 day old RS3? Mine were from 9/2011, with 15 track days and a to of autox. They hold up well, but these babies are spent.

 

Anywhere i cam see the winning laptimes of all the different groups? Or fastest laptimea for each person competing?
