Talking Case Dismissed on Speeding Ticket 1 of 2

Had my court trial today and the officer didn't show up. Instead, he called the court and said that he couldn't recall the incident. This was the speeding and no front plate ticket I got from a Santa Clara Sheriff back in January.

Next up, speeding ticket issued by CHP on a motorcycle....

I had used ticket assasin and did the whole court process by mail and won. Case was dismissed, best $20 spent ever.

I did this for my gf's ticket and she lost. I might give it another try for my 2nd ticket though.

I did this for my ex-gf and she lost too. Then, when she went to court, the judge didn't allow her to go to traffic school so the now has a point on her record. Thanks, Ticket Assassin.

Just went to court for an unrelated speeding ticket and saw THREE speeding tickets get dismissed.

All were speeding on the San Mateo Bridge. Apparently there is no traffic and engineering survey for the current set speed limit of 65 mph.

Go have fun...but be safe

Oh...my 61 mph in a 25 mph construction zone fine was reduced 50%, so I had to pay $179.25, but the damn lawyer fee cost me $500. Had to try...

If you ever get tagged with LIDAR, don't even bother hiring a lawyer. Judge said LIDAR is almost error proof.

Do cops in this area even use LIDAR?
