Also, was the tranny changed? If so how many times and how many miles? These cars are known to have garbage trannys that acura extended the warranty on them.

Sorry about that - asking $7,500.
Transmission was replaced under warranty once with no issues since. I would have to pull my records for the exact mileage, but I believe around 40-50K miles.
Also, I forgot to mention this is a single family car - purchased from my parents 2 years ago.
