I just pulled off my Tein Springs. They settled in at .75, its less than you want but they are cheap.

No clue, seeing its a little heavier than the z it should settle a little lower. Just guessing. Ask in the G areas they should tell you more correctly the info your looking for.

keola, it will work, the ride will be more plush because the of the progressive rate.
