I find that story tough to believe. I saw first hand how they rolled down Sand Island Access. I was less than 1/4 mile from the entrance when I saw the first police car, a white Mustang.
The Mustang passed, then seconds later (5-10 at most), 2 Camaros and a sedan, then seconds passed again and a formation of bikes came. Then there was another break, maybe 30 seconds and a couple more cruisers and then more bikes in formation.

So i don't think it was just one car, or one incident that caused this. It was a bunch of things that happened in a short period of time that just pushed the wrong buttons with law enforcement. I'm gonna go drink with my HPD buddies this week, and i should get a little more facts.
And Joe, your thing is pending until tomorrow.
And Jeff, your license plate is flagged with HPD, so i can't really do or say anything for you right now. It's like a warrant, but not to arrest you. If you get pulled over, your car comes back as a "high risk", and that's a guarentee ticket for you bro.
