Default Porsche Cayman R Photoshoot - 5/12/12

a little over a month ago, i shot a BMW M Roadster that was for sale. the owner liked the results so much that he insisted i shoot his new car as soon as possible. we met up this past weekend for a few hours out at my "usual location" to shoot his brand new Cayman R. here's the results...

1. 330hp+~3000lbs+Mid-Rear layout = WIN

2. Cayman R's get a unique exhaust upping the volume at full throttle

3. a classic porsche profile

4.

5. immaculate interior

6. pull straps replace the traditional door pulls to save a few grams of unneeded weight

7. of course Cayman R's come standard with the "Sport Chrono" package which includes a lap timer

8. some of the lightest wheels Porsche has ever made

thanks for looking!

Cool looking Cayman R.

That sport chrono/and optional exhaust is about $5K!

edit: I was close, the exhaust is $2810 and the chrono clock is $1480

thanks! (and i agree, i think a black interior with red trim, stitching and seatbelts would have worked better... black wheels too)

I usually hate red interiors, but the interior of this looks amazing. I love the polished steering wheel as well.

i'd go blind in that red interior. It's a beautiful colour but when it's 99% of the interior it's abit too blinding for the eyes.

Nice pics though, thanks for sharing!

Nice pics, you nailed the exposure.

Was any lighting used or just natural light...it looks like natural light but the evenness throws me off, overcast day maybe.
