I was wondering if some one could make the headlights in these pics look like they were painted black. I didnt have much luck, I just turned the whole thing black and it looked to fake!

Nice! I'm actually thinking of doing the same thing except instead of actually painting it black, I'm thinking of electroplating it to look like "black chrome" much like how it appears with the PS above .

 

ya that would be pretty sweet, the 06 lights would be perfect with a black or dark crome paint job IMO But I wonder would it look wierd to leave the peice around the projector its natural dark silver? Or should it be painted to?

 

I'll chop that piece black as well if you want... but it'll have to wait until after class tonight.
