The problem is at idle they are almost the same (maybe 0.2-0.4AFR difference) but at WOT the difference is huge!!!

yes, then you need better calibration in the Haltech settings around those AFRs.

The Haltech default calibration is supposed to be 0.5V = AFR 10 and 4.5V = AFR 20.

I think.

The prosport gauge i have is "supposed" to be calibrated the same but mine gets off under wot also. It's a gauge problem because it's just reading a signal from the haltech wire. it's usually high by about .2-.5 compared to what my ecu is seeing. junk gauge

You can bring the exhaust cam timing up - this is best done on a dyno. A starting place would be 0deg for 0-2000rpm, and then ramp to 15deg for 3500rpm+.

I hope they are coming out with a pro version of the 350z box with DBW control. That would make me happy.

So i dont have to tell people they need an uprev reflash to go along with the standaone they just bought, plus i want control to use other DBW throttles like say a larger one from an ls3

i dunno, the SP car makes 1248whp, I made 900, XKR made 1006, Hal made 800 thru the stock TB. thats definitely not restriction unless you are planning on 1500whp, which you might be. who knows.

it would be nice to set idle to 1000rpms and kill the speed limiter without a reflash though

I hooked up my external GM 3bar map sensor to tune on race gas and it never read properly. it always stayed at -14mmhg so i did some testing on the sensor and couldn't find anything wrong with it. So i gave up on it after a week of trying to get it to work and when i changed back to the internal map sensor it was then stuck at -14mmhg also.

I tried flashing new firmware and everything on it to fix it and nothing worked so i had to send it back to australia. As per Hal i guess they said it has a bad main microprocessor. How that goes bad by adding a map sensor IDK. I added it by the manual and used the haltech's build in calibration file for it.

If we use the racepak dash with our haltechs, can it display stuff that monitored by the stock ECU/CAN but not the Haltech like fuel level? what about sensors not monitored by the haltech like oil temp, fuel pressure etc?
