Wow, what is with the mudslinging? Need your name out there that badly? Most legit and honorable? Doesn't appear so by your posts. If you can link to someone who has a legit beef with RA then post, im sure we would all love to see it. But until then, you are just talking trash about a shop that is still trying to get its feet off the ground by providing high quality work and service. The products of RA when shown next to VRT show that they are trying to distance themselves from VRT as much as possible. It is people like you that are making it difficult for them to put that place behind them.

 

I think people are losing sight of what is ultimately important with the death of VRT and the birth of RA. Trust. Can RA be trusted? Absolutely without question.
Companies are shut down everyday in this world, Enron was run by an evil group of bastards and pillaged the 401K's of it's good honest employees. Some of which ultimately took their own lives.
RA has had to start from scratch. Zero. Nothing. When Scott made the decision to leave VRT with Mark B., Scotts cars were taken out of the VRT shop and put out on the street. Literally. That was how rude it went down.
And what about the wins RA has had this year? How can that kind of performance be faked?

Nobody cares what the shop looks like. I have a $40,000 S14 Silvia that i have no problem leaving at their shop. So come up with some real reasons to hate on RA. We are all waiting for your big "I will reveal RA" mystery.

Even if its output numbers are relatively high compared to all other dynos, its got a golden attribute the others can't equal.... Repeatability.

Oh, so 2/3 rds of the former VRT form a new operation and blame it all on MR. A, and now were all supposed to honor and respect their work? LOL..And VRT rips off dozens of people for thousands and thousands of dollars, for work that was done poorly or not at all, But MRC Motorsports is the big bad guy for making a couple of off key comments online about a company that is defunct and 2 former employees/Co conspirators...Give me a fukcing brake..Some of you people honestly DESERVE to get ripped off by guys like Mr. A and VRT..

first off, 2/3? It was 2 guys. And they left because of what MrA was doing. They were not co conspirators. Keep hating man. Scott is way more professional than you.

Oh, and if any of that work not getting done had anything to do with Scott or Mark, how come none of it happened while they were there and only started happening after they(the talent) left? Not to mention, if they were the same way, how come none of that stuff is going on at RA now?

That company, VRT was a smoke and mirror operation from day one. I called it when they were posting 800whp dynos with stock fuel injectors In fact 99% of the vendors here called it, Im the only one with enough *****, or stupidity to call Bull$hit when I see it..

Last time I checked this is a public forum and I am entiteld to my opinion of anyone, vendor or no vendor..I believe there is enough documented BS on VRT to prove they are scam artists.

I never said it about RA, others keep saying that...I simply say, anyone formerly or presently associated with VRT needs to be taken for face value...There is always some level of culpability in any ongoing criminal and unethical operation. Sorry if you've had a beer too many, but never have I defended VRT - but I will defend stand-up individuals with ethics like Scott B. and Mark B. of RA. Shall I make a poll to see if the rest of the general population agrees with you or me? I don't think you have much of a case here.

However, I did notice that Franc from VRT originally posted that on May 21, 2007. Was he some noob with the company? (Sounds like it from his post.) And this was before VRT was supposedly sold, right?

 

Maybe they're silent on the forums now (and for good reason), but I find it interesting that they are sending new E-mails out to previous customers and folks on the mail list.

Edit: For those that may have lost track due to the last 3 pages of drama that went off on a tangent... The VRT E-mails are discussed on page 24.

 

I think mostly he was refering to Scott Bush & Mike Bonanni. Mike got the first place at the calif. speedway event in the Street class in Feb, but I think Scott has had the rest of the success in that Double Down Time Attack car that they are partners in and co drive. This year Mike runs that car in the street class since Scott is a pro and is not allowed in that class. Scott runs that same car in the Modified class and the Unlimited class. They seem to have a good formula going with that. They seem to also have an EVO that Mike is going to start campaining in the street AWD class as well. Scott has also recently won the VIR Time Attack this past weekend. Scott seems to be the man in these 350Z's, with his student/friend Mike Bonanni not too far in his tracks, seems to be a great combination

 

you really are too sensitive man, I AM NOT (I'll say this on record) taking shots at you. the glass houses comment was not the best wording. what I meant is that people have accused you (and basically everyone else) of the same things. NOT that you do fudge the numbers, because A) I have no idea & B) I don't have the expertise in dynos to make that call.

Yup, both Mike and Scott have wins in Mike's Z. They complement eachother well on the track.
