Yes, I do have an Evo that I just picked up as a daily driver and we are starting to work with that now as a second time attack car that will most likely be driven by me in the Street AWD class. In 2008 the Z will no longer be running the street class so I will be piloting the car in either Modified or Unlimited while Scott drives the other class. Then I will do either street or modified with the Evo as well. I did my first time attack with it last month and took 2nd place in Street with some pretty big setbacks. I don't see why it can't compete for 1st in street AWD with some minor tweaks.
Oh and Shamrock, I am not Scott's "student," just want to get that out there so it doesn't go to his head hahahah. I can just hear him giving me s**t about that comment now...

Hey one more Q.
Why does the TQ take so long to peak? Usually a VQ non rev up peaks at 4500-4700 rpms regardless of F/I method. ?

Sam told me he is 99.9% sure the stock cams are in my car, they would have 2 take em out, and send them to JWT to check for sure, but he is almost positive that the stock ones are in.....i heard that JWT was sueing VRT...and way us reg. customers can get in on this lawsuit!!!!!!!!!

I can understand- just by eyeballing them, you can't be quite sure if they are the stock ones with some cams having just a few extra degree on lift.
What about you, do oyu plan on taking any legal action against VRT or have you already? (sorry, this thread is so large).
By the way, just incase you don't remember, we met before. I saw you driving your Z down Rosecrans and I was on the corner about to merge. I have the DB with the Gold GT-C's. I met you at that cycle shop near El Camino college.

Perhaps you should not wait around and initialise the move yourself!
